I've been working to perfect my skills with Illustrator's pen tool. While I still need to work on lessening my nodes and smoothing my curves, I'm getting the hang of it.
A friend of mine asked me to create a portrait of her using the pen tool. So I took the picture to your left and created the portrait seen to your right.
I'm not entirely happy with the ear and I should have added her freckles, but I am pleased with the smile and the eyes.
